This policy explains what ShySun Labs collects when you use this website or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- What you enter in the enquiry chat: your name, phone number, optional email, and what you tell us about your business and project.
- Basic technical data your browser sends — approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed.
- Advertising data. This site uses the Meta Pixel, which reports that a visit or enquiry happened so we can tell whether our ads work.
We never ask for or store payment card details on this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To see which advertisements bring real enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is handled by the services that run this site and our advertising — principally Meta Platforms, our hosting and database providers, and WhatsApp or your email provider when you contact us. Each handles data under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta account settings, or block tracking in your browser.
- Ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
